1)How can I return a product?
If, for any reason, including a change of heart, you are unhappy with your order, you have the option to
return an item and obtain a full refund under the terms and circumstances detailed below. A large order
may also be returned in part. If any goods are unintentionally returned to us, we assume no liability. We
will reimburse you for the entire cost of the things you bought, no questions asked. After the order’s first
shipping date, refund claims must be made within 28 (twenty-eight) days.

When returning goods, kindly pack them in their original packaging or, if needed, securely wrap them in
premium packing supplies.After making a mailing label, return the items with a copy of the dispatch note
attached. Returning merchandise should be sent to Golden Lotus Care Ltd, Unit 1 22a Sydenham Road, London, England, SE26 5QW.If you are given a refund, we will deduct the item’s retail price from it, unless your order
included free products. These items must be returned as well if not. As long as the product that
corresponds with the original purchase is delivered within 28 (twenty-eight) days, we welcome returns,
exchanges, and replacements.
3) How do you replace something?
Should the item have been delivered in “damaged” state, you are qualified for a replacement at no extra
expense. Please place all replacement orders no later than 28 (twenty-eight) days after the original order’s
delivery date. Replacement brands are only available if our stock is restocked. You can either wait for the
product to restock or receive a complete refund if it isn’t available in stock.
4) How are swaps made?
You have the option to request an exchange if you’re not satisfied with the things that were supplied to
you. You are allowed to request an exchange for any things you ordered and got within 28 (twenty-eight)
days after the transaction delivery date. You have the option to swap your order for something more
valuable if you’d like. The transactional delivery fees are your responsibility to pay. The availability of our
product is a requirement for exchanges. In the event that the desired item is not in stock, you will receive
a complete refund.
5) Returns?
As soon as you return the item to us, we will begin processing your refund. The payment method or
account that was utilized for the transaction or purchase is refunded. After the merchandise is delivered,
